2. Leistungsumfang
DiagnostiX ist eine Android-App für Fahrzeugdiagnose, Bluetooth-/OBD-Kommunikation, Live-Sensoren, Fehlercodes, Fahrzeugprofile, Berichte, Dashboard-Widgets und optionale Cloud-/Online-Plattform-Funktionen.
- Die App kann ohne Konto genutzt werden.
- Ein Konto ist optional und ermöglicht Profil- und Synchronisationsfunktionen.
- Die Online-Plattform und Live-Daten-Synchronisierung sind Premium-/Abo-Funktionen, soweit in der App so vorgesehen.
3. Kostenlose Nutzung und Abo
Im kostenlosen Modus können bestimmte Funktionen, z. B. ausgewählte PIDs, lokal in der App verfügbar sein. Die Cloud-Plattform, Online-Verfolgung, Live-Sync, Verlauf, Dashboard-Sync oder weitere Premiumfunktionen können ein aktives Android-App-Abo erfordern.
Das Abo wird über Google Play abgeschlossen und verwaltet. Für Zahlung, Kündigung, Erstattung und Verlängerung gelten zusätzlich die Bedingungen von Google Play.
4. Konto, Cloud-Sync und Plattform
Wenn Sie ein Konto erstellen oder sich anmelden, können Profildaten, Sprache, Einheiten, Fahrzeuge, Widgets und – bei aktivem Abo und aktivem Cloud-Sync – Live-Daten, VIN, Fahrzeugzustand, Fehlercodes, Berichte und Verlauf mit der Online-Plattform synchronisiert werden.
Ohne aktives Abo besteht kein Anspruch auf Plattform-Live-Daten oder Cloud-Sync-Premiumfunktionen. Die lokale Diagnose in der App bleibt davon unberührt, soweit sie im jeweiligen Funktionsumfang enthalten ist.
5. Diagnosehinweise und Sicherheit
- Diagnosewerte, PIDs, Health Score, Fehlercodes und Berichte sind technische Hinweise und ersetzen keine Prüfung durch eine Fachwerkstatt.
- Werte können je nach Fahrzeug, Adapter, ECU, Protokoll und Verbindung unvollständig oder fehlerhaft sein.
- Bedienen Sie die App nicht während des Fahrens. Beachten Sie Straßenverkehrsordnung und Sicherheitsregeln.
- Fehler löschen oder Service-/Spezialfunktionen dürfen nur durchgeführt werden, wenn Sie die Folgen verstehen.
6. Voraussetzungen
- Ein kompatibles Android-Gerät, geeignete Berechtigungen und ein unterstützter Bluetooth-/OBD-Adapter sind erforderlich.
- Nicht jedes Fahrzeug unterstützt alle PIDs, Steuergeräte, Herstellerfunktionen oder Protokolle.
- Für Cloud-/Plattformfunktionen sind Internet, Konto und ggf. aktives Abo erforderlich.
7. Fair Use und Server-Schutz
Cloud-Live-Daten werden server-schonend übertragen. EXZA kann technische Limits, Rate-Limits, Paketgrößen, Update-Intervalle, Verlaufslimits und Missbrauchsschutz einsetzen, damit die Plattform für alle Nutzer stabil bleibt. Ein Anspruch auf millisekundengenaue Echtzeitübertragung besteht nicht.
8. Nutzerpflichten
- Sie dürfen die App und Plattform nicht missbrauchen, manipulieren, automatisiert überlasten oder Sicherheitsmechanismen umgehen.
- Zugangsdaten müssen vertraulich behandelt werden.
- Sie dürfen nur eigene oder rechtmäßig zugängliche Fahrzeuge diagnostizieren.
- Rechtswidrige, schädliche oder fremde Daten dürfen nicht hochgeladen oder verbreitet werden.
9. Drittanbieter
Google Play, Android-Systemdienste, Google Maps/Firebase und Cloudflare können je nach genutzter Funktion beteiligt sein. Für deren Dienste gelten zusätzlich die jeweiligen Bedingungen und Datenschutzhinweise.
10. Änderungen, Verfügbarkeit und Updates
Funktionen können weiterentwickelt, geändert, ergänzt oder eingestellt werden. Es besteht kein Anspruch auf dauerhafte Verfügbarkeit einzelner Funktionen, bestimmter PIDs, bestimmter Fahrzeugkompatibilität oder bestimmter Cloud-Intervalle.
11. Haftung
Die Nutzung erfolgt im gesetzlich zulässigen Umfang auf eigenes Risiko. EXZA haftet nach den gesetzlichen Vorschriften insbesondere bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit sowie bei Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit. Für technische Fehlinterpretationen, Adapterprobleme, falsche Fahrzeugdaten, Folgeschäden durch unsachgemäße Nutzung oder nicht unterstützte Fahrzeuge wird, soweit rechtlich zulässig, keine Haftung übernommen.
12. Kündigung, Löschung und Sperrung
Sie können die App deinstallieren und ein Konto bzw. Datenlöschung anfragen. EXZA kann Konten oder Plattformzugriffe einschränken oder sperren, wenn Missbrauch, Sicherheitsrisiken, Vertragsverstöße oder rechtliche Gründe vorliegen.
13. Schlussbestimmungen
Es gilt deutsches Recht, soweit keine zwingenden Verbraucherschutzvorschriften entgegenstehen. Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen unwirksam sein, bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt.

2. Scope of services
DiagnostiX is an Android app for vehicle diagnostics, Bluetooth/OBD communication, live sensors, fault codes, vehicle profiles, reports, dashboard widgets and optional cloud/online platform functions.
- The app can be used without an account.
- An account is optional and enables profile and synchronization features.
- The online platform and live data synchronization are premium/subscription features where indicated in the app.
3. Free use and subscription
In free mode, certain functions, e.g. selected PIDs, may be available locally in the app. The cloud platform, online tracking, live sync, history, dashboard sync or further premium features may require an active Android app subscription.
The subscription is purchased and managed through Google Play. Google Play terms additionally apply to payment, cancellation, refunds and renewal.
4. Account, cloud sync and platform
If you create an account or sign in, profile data, language, units, vehicles, widgets and — with an active subscription and active cloud sync — live data, VIN, vehicle health, fault codes, reports and history may be synchronized with the online platform.
Without an active subscription there is no entitlement to platform live data or premium cloud sync features. Local diagnostics in the app remain unaffected where included in the respective feature set.
5. Diagnostic information and safety
- Diagnostic values, PIDs, health score, fault codes and reports are technical indications and do not replace inspection by a professional workshop.
- Values may be incomplete or inaccurate depending on vehicle, adapter, ECU, protocol and connection.
- Do not operate the app while driving. Follow traffic laws and safety rules.
- Clearing faults or using service/special functions should only be done if you understand the consequences.
6. Requirements
- A compatible Android device, suitable permissions and supported Bluetooth/OBD adapter are required.
- Not every vehicle supports all PIDs, ECUs, manufacturer functions or protocols.
- Cloud/platform functions require internet, account and, where applicable, active subscription.
7. Fair use and server protection
Cloud live data is transferred in a server-efficient manner. EXZA may apply technical limits, rate limits, payload limits, update intervals, history limits and abuse prevention so the platform remains stable for all users. There is no entitlement to millisecond-level real-time transmission.
8. User obligations
- You may not misuse, manipulate, overload automatically or bypass security mechanisms of the app or platform.
- Login credentials must be kept confidential.
- You may only diagnose vehicles that you own or are lawfully allowed to access.
- Illegal, harmful or third-party data must not be uploaded or distributed.
9. Third parties
Google Play, Android system services, Google Maps/Firebase and Cloudflare may be involved depending on the feature used. Their respective terms and privacy notices also apply.
10. Changes, availability and updates
Features may be developed, changed, added or discontinued. There is no entitlement to permanent availability of individual functions, specific PIDs, specific vehicle compatibility or specific cloud intervals.
11. Liability
Use is at your own risk to the extent permitted by law. EXZA is liable under statutory rules, especially for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. To the extent legally permitted, no liability is assumed for technical misinterpretations, adapter problems, incorrect vehicle data, consequential damage caused by improper use or unsupported vehicles.
12. Termination, deletion and restriction
You can uninstall the app and request account/data deletion. EXZA may restrict or suspend accounts or platform access if abuse, security risks, breaches of terms or legal reasons exist.
13. Final provisions
German law applies unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
