This privacy policy applies to the Android game Blast Kingdom and these static legal pages.
2. Data processed locally in the game
Blast Kingdom stores game-related information locally on the Android device so the game can function and remember progress. This includes, depending on use:
- unlocked/selected levels and level seeds;
- game progress and completed levels;
- coins, boosters and protected economy state;
- hearts, regeneration timestamps and timing state;
- music, sound, vibration and language settings;
- local security/transaction markers used to detect duplicate crediting or manipulation.
These local game values are not an EXZA user account and are not uploaded by Blast Kingdom to an EXZA cloud service in the reviewed build.
3. Google Play in-app purchases
Blast Kingdom offers consumable coin packages through Google Play Billing. Payment processing is performed by Google Play. EXZA does not receive your full payment-card or bank details.
For purchase processing, the app receives technical purchase information from Google Play, such as the purchased product ID, purchase status, quantity and a purchase token. The current app uses the purchase token during processing and stores only derived local transaction markers/hashes for duplicate-credit protection and economy integrity.
Google processes purchase and device information under its own privacy terms. See Google Privacy Policy and the applicable Google Play terms.
4. Device functions and permissions
The reviewed Android manifest requests only functions required by the game:
- Vibration: optional haptic feedback for shots, hits and UI actions.
- Wake lock: used so the device can keep the game active where required during gameplay.
The reviewed build does not request location, contacts, camera or microphone permissions.
5. Internet and external services
Internet access can be used by the Google Play Billing component for product information and purchases. Legal/support links may open the device browser or email app. Once you leave Blast Kingdom, the privacy rules of the external service apply.
6. Support communications
If you voluntarily contact EXZA by email, the sender address and the information contained in your message are processed to answer your request and, where necessary, to document the communication. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the request relates to the contract/use of the game, or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for general support and security-related correspondence.
7. Legal bases
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: processing necessary to provide requested support or contract-related services.
- Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR: compliance with legal obligations, where applicable.
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: legitimate interests in app security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention and support.
Purely local game state that is not transmitted to EXZA remains on the user's device.
8. Retention and deletion
Local app data remains on the device until it is changed by the game, the app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Economy and timed-heart files are excluded from the app's configured Android cloud/device-transfer backup rules. Support correspondence is retained only as long as necessary for the request and any applicable legal retention obligations.
9. No advertising profiling or in-app analytics
The reviewed Blast Kingdom build does not integrate AdMob, Firebase Analytics or another in-app advertising/analytics SDK. Therefore EXZA does not use the game itself to create advertising profiles or behavioral analytics profiles in this build.
10. These legal web pages
The three Blast Kingdom legal HTML pages are designed as static pages. They do not require an EXZA login and the supplied page files do not set advertising or analytics cookies. Standard server logs may still be created by the hosting provider when a web page is requested (for example IP address, timestamp, requested resource and technical request information) for secure and reliable operation.
11. Your rights
Where EXZA processes personal data about you, you may have rights under the GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, depending on the legal requirements. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority. Contact: info@exza.de.
12. Changes to this policy
This privacy policy may be updated if Blast Kingdom, the legal requirements or the services used by the app change. The version published at this URL applies.

2. Lokal im Spiel verarbeitete Daten
Blast Kingdom speichert spielbezogene Informationen lokal auf dem Android-Gerät, damit das Spiel funktioniert und den Fortschritt behält. Dazu gehören – je nach Nutzung:
- freigeschaltete/ausgewählte Level und Level-Seeds;
- Spielfortschritt und abgeschlossene Level;
- Coins, Booster und geschützter Economy-Status;
- Herzen, Regenerations-Zeitpunkte und Timerstatus;
- Musik-, Sound-, Vibrations- und Spracheinstellungen;
- lokale Sicherheits-/Transaktionsmarker zur Erkennung doppelter Gutschriften oder Manipulation.
Diese lokalen Spielwerte stellen kein EXZA-Benutzerkonto dar und werden im geprüften Build von Blast Kingdom nicht an einen EXZA-Cloud-Dienst hochgeladen.
3. In-App-Käufe über Google Play
Blast Kingdom bietet verbrauchbare Coin-Pakete über Google Play Billing an. Die Zahlungsabwicklung erfolgt über Google Play. EXZA erhält keine vollständigen Kreditkarten- oder Bankdaten.
Für die Kaufabwicklung erhält die App technische Kaufinformationen von Google Play, zum Beispiel Produkt-ID, Kaufstatus, Menge und ein Kauf-Token. Die aktuelle App verwendet das Kauf-Token während der Verarbeitung und speichert nur daraus abgeleitete lokale Transaktionsmarker/Hashes zur Vermeidung doppelter Gutschriften und zum Schutz der Spielökonomie.
Google verarbeitet Kauf- und Gerätedaten nach den eigenen Datenschutzbestimmungen. Siehe Google-Datenschutzerklärung und die jeweils geltenden Google-Play-Bedingungen.
4. Gerätefunktionen und Berechtigungen
Das geprüfte Android-Manifest verwendet nur für das Spiel erforderliche Funktionen:
- Vibration: optionales haptisches Feedback bei Schüssen, Treffern und UI-Aktionen.
- Wake Lock: damit das Gerät das Spiel während des Gameplays bei Bedarf aktiv halten kann.
Der geprüfte Build fordert keine Standort-, Kontakte-, Kamera- oder Mikrofonberechtigung an.
5. Internet und externe Dienste
Die Google-Play-Billing-Komponente kann Internetzugriff für Produktinformationen und Käufe verwenden. Rechts-/Supportlinks können den Browser oder die E-Mail-App des Geräts öffnen. Nach dem Verlassen von Blast Kingdom gelten die Datenschutzregeln des jeweiligen externen Dienstes.
6. Support-Kommunikation
Wenn Sie EXZA freiwillig per E-Mail kontaktieren, werden Absenderadresse und die von Ihnen übermittelten Inhalte verarbeitet, um Ihre Anfrage zu beantworten und die Kommunikation – soweit erforderlich – zu dokumentieren. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO, soweit die Anfrage die Vertrags-/Spielnutzung betrifft, oder Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO für allgemeinen Support und sicherheitsbezogene Kommunikation.
7. Rechtsgrundlagen
- Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO: Verarbeitung zur Bereitstellung angeforderter Support- oder vertragsbezogener Leistungen.
- Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c DSGVO: Erfüllung gesetzlicher Pflichten, soweit anwendbar.
- Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO: berechtigte Interessen an App-Sicherheit, Betrugs-/Missbrauchsschutz und Support.
Rein lokaler Spielstand, der nicht an EXZA übertragen wird, verbleibt auf dem Gerät des Nutzers.
8. Speicherdauer und Löschung
Lokale App-Daten bleiben auf dem Gerät, bis sie durch das Spiel geändert, die App-Daten gelöscht oder die App deinstalliert werden. Economy- und zeitgesteuerte Herz-Dateien sind in den konfigurierten Android-Cloud-/Geräteübertragungs-Backup-Regeln der App ausgeschlossen. Support-Kommunikation wird nur so lange gespeichert, wie dies für die Bearbeitung und gegebenenfalls gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflichten erforderlich ist.
9. Keine Werbeprofile und keine In-App-Analytics
Der geprüfte Blast-Kingdom-Build enthält kein AdMob, kein Firebase Analytics und kein anderes In-App-Werbe-/Analytics-SDK. EXZA erstellt daher in diesem Build über das Spiel selbst keine Werbe- oder verhaltensbasierten Analytics-Profile.
10. Diese Rechteseiten
Die drei Blast-Kingdom-Rechtsseiten sind als statische HTML-Seiten aufgebaut. Sie benötigen kein EXZA-Login und die ausgelieferten Seitendateien setzen keine Werbe- oder Analytics-Cookies. Beim Abruf über den Webhoster können technisch notwendige Server-Logs entstehen (z. B. IP-Adresse, Zeitpunkt, angeforderte Ressource und technische Request-Daten), um die Website sicher und zuverlässig bereitzustellen.
11. Ihre Rechte
Soweit EXZA personenbezogene Daten zu Ihrer Person verarbeitet, können Ihnen nach der DSGVO insbesondere Rechte auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Widerspruch und Datenübertragbarkeit zustehen. 12. Änderungen
Diese Datenschutzerklärung kann angepasst werden, wenn Blast Kingdom, die Rechtslage oder die verwendeten Dienste geändert werden. Es gilt die jeweils unter dieser URL veröffentlichte Fassung.
